Unique opportunity to get involved with a great community-based event

 Chase Centennial 2008 Aug 1st - Aug 9th

Chase is 100! We are commemorating our Village’s Centennial through a community-based festival.  This is a “once- in- a hundred-year” opportunity to celebrate our heritage which is also contributing significant benefits to our town. Our Community is developing a knowledge and skills base through the planning, preparation and hosting of this celebration.  There will be a significant boost to the local economy.  This has created the confidence and incentive to mount future celebrations.

Our theme is “Reliving the Dream” of our forefathers. In future years, this event could be called Heritage Days. Opening ceremonies will include the naming of the new bandshell and bridges and waterfalls after those who have contributed to the development of the area.

Leading up to our magical week we have planned events to celebrate

Our Centennial and BC 150
